AC Engineer – Foot Mobile – Central London (Zones 1 & 2)

£50,000 starting salary, rising to £51,000–£52,000 after 3 months. Overtime available every week.

We’re looking for a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join a strong, reliable team covering well-maintained, high-spec buildings across Zones 1 and 2. This is a foot mobile role – no van, no traffic, just solid, steady work in the heart of London.

Shifts are structured as follows:

4 on, 4 off

6 on, 4 off

4 on, 6 off

All 7am to 7pm

You’ll mainly be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), especially over weekends where sites are quieter and overtime is available. This is a long-term, stable role with a clear route to a higher salary after the first three months.

What you’ll need:

• Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration
• Solid experience with PPMs and general AC maintenance
• Comfortable being foot mobile across central London
