Job description

Madisons are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to get started for a client of ours covering sites in and around London (M25 region)

Our client is looking to recruit at this time due to ongoing expansion within the company. They are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to get started on a permanent basis and cover the South East Region assisting on all projects

Details:

• Maintenance, repairs and service of the following items
• Air conditioning
• Refrigeration
• Multi-skilling tasks where applicable
• Asset collection and database improvement
• General plantroom housekeeping
• Small chiller systems (preferred but not essential)
• Minor installation (preferred but not essential)
• Ensure that appropriate risk and contingency management procedures are in place, and are being followed.
• Carry out fault finding on items of equipment covered by contract
• Carry out remedial repairs to these items of equipment
• Carry out on-site installation of new equipment on site

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Full UK Drivers Licnese for this position
• Assisting with routine service, maintenance and repairs
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning Essential
• Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning Desireable
