Air Conditioning Engineer – £45,000–£48,000 – London – Monday to Friday

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established team operating across London. This is a great opportunity to secure a Monday to Friday role with a leading FM company, offering excellent pay, stability, and long-term career growth.

The Role:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of AC systems including VRVs, VRFs, splits, AHUs, and chillers.
  • Diagnose and repair system faults, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
  • Complete small works and installations where needed.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety, and ensure all work is completed to high standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients while on site and ensure job documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements:

  • FGAS Category 1 (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working on AC systems in a commercial or critical environment
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and controls
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
