Job description

Due to expansion and continual growth, we are looking for two more Air Conditioning Engineers to join our family-owned company based in Leicester.

We spend 95% of our time working within Leicestershire, with the rest within the East Midlands.

This is an installation role for both Split and VRF systems in commercial and domestic environments.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm (client dependent).

Optional Saturday work is available at 1.5x overtime rate.

Most customers are within Leicestershire, so candidates should ideally live within 30 minutes of Leicester.

No on-call, out-of-hours, overnight stays, or long travel to sites are required.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience installing air conditioning systems.
• Servicing, diagnostic, or repairing experience is a plus but not essential.
• UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Clear DBS record.
• Ability to fill forms and maintain accurate records.
• Conscientious, reliable, professional, and hardworking.
• Confident working independently and as part of a small team.

Salary depends on experience and ability, between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum.
