• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 certification is essential for this role.

Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer - London & Home Counties - Up to £50,000 & Door to Door Travel

Exciting role to join a National Maintenance Service provider that is looking to expand its operation and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning & Chiller engineer to supply this service to a range of clients across London, Surrey, Berkshire and surrounding counties.

You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team working across various commercial buildings carrying out Service and Breakdowns on Air conditioning, HVAC and Chiller plant.

You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance as well as general building services.

Hours of Work

50 hour working week with Door to Door travel.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
• On-Call Rota.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Self-motivated and solutions-focused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• PPM & Reactive maintenance.
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance.
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge.
