We have a great opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in Southall
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious individual willing to work as part of a small team.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards and Atlas competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
- Deliver Portfolio M&E PPM and minor works.
- Keep the Client, Customer, and Team informed through feedback and regular updates.
- Contribute to delivering a quality service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the Customer and Team.
- Ensure value for money for the Client by verifying resource and material suitability.
- Report performance to your Area Manager.
- Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas works, including those of service partners.
- Produce details of time and materials required for minor works for quoting.
- Liaise with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to high standards within SLA.
- Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, and colleagues.
- Update the Maximo system regularly via your tablet and ensure all time is recorded.
- Take ownership of sites and deliver exceptional service.
- Cover all call-out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications, and Training
- NVQ Level 3 in the relevant trade.
- Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat 1).
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Good understanding of modern office software.
- Experience with asset/work management systems like MAXIMO / CAFM on Android tablets.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment, especially across multi-site and multi-discipline service delivery.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
- Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
