Qualifications

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Full Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PPM & Reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Service and maintain split systems, VRV's, VAV's, AHU's, FCU's, and chillers.
• Electrical knowledge beneficial for the role.

Air Conditioning Engineer - Dunstable - Up to £39,500

Exciting role to join a Leading National maintenance Service provider that is looking to expand its operation and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration engineer to supply this service in an industrial environment.

You will be joining their current maintenance team and a blue chip organisation carrying out Service and Breakdowns on Air conditioning, HVAC and refrigeration plant.

You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance as well as general building services in Dunstable with occasional travel to another site 30 minutes away

Monday - Friday 08:00 am -17:00 pm.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
• On-Call Rota.
• Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full Drivers License
