Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – Darlington Area – Global Facilities Management Organisation: Commercial & FMCG

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a prestigious global facilities management organisation on a permanent basis. This company is a market leader in delivering integrated FM services across commercial and industrial sectors, renowned for their commitment to service excellence and career development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced A/C Engineer to work on a mobile basis across Darlington and surrounding areas.

Package:

- £42,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
- Company van and fuel card
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Call-out rota (to be confirmed)
- Generous workplace pension scheme
- Ongoing training, development, and progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, and AHUs
- Diagnose faults and repair A/C systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance
- Undertake routine service visits to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules
- Provide technical support and liaise with clients to deliver high-quality service
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
- F-Gas certification (Category 1)
- Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair, ideally within the FM sector
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and customer service skills
