Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team, working on a high-profile commercial property portfolio across the East Anglia region. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich, or King's Lynn, covering sites across Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, and Thetford.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems
Diagnose and repair faults on a range of AC equipment including Airdale and DX cooling systems
Work with manual compressors and related HVAC plant
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive callouts
Liaise with clients and FM teams to ensure works are completed to high standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial air conditioning
In-depth experience working with Airdale units, DX cooling systems, and manual compressors
Valid FGAS certificate
Full UK driving licence
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance in commercial environments
