Job summary

Wr Hvac in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Contracts Manager to lead multiple AC installation projects across residential and commercial sectors. You will survey, scope, price installations and manage engineers, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure on-time handover.

The role offers £50,000-£55,000 base plus car and bonus, with long-term career progression. Strong client-facing and budgeting skills are essential, along with a full UK driving licence and F-Gas

Qualifications

• Experience as an Air Conditioning Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Senior Installation Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
• Experience with split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems.
• Background managing AC installation projects.
• Able to survey, scope and price installation works.
• Experience managing engineers and subcontractors.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project margins.
• Strong client-facing and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• F-Gas qualification advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple air conditioning installation projects.
• Oversee residential and commercial AC contracts.
• Carry out site surveys and assess installation requirements.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and project budgets.
