Job description

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new role? Look no further than Connect Appointments. We're seeking a talented HVAC Engineer to join our client's reputable team, a leading player in the HVAC and Mechanical industry since 2003.

  • Location: Boldon and the North East
  • Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 16:30 (Overtime Available)

Key Responsibilities as an AC Engineer:

  • Diagnose and rectify faults across various air conditioning systems
  • Perform servicing and commissioning tasks
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns, contributing to our on-call rota

Requirements as an Air Conditioning Engineer:

  • Fully qualified refrigeration air conditioning engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in commercial Air Conditioning installations
  • City and Guilds 2079-1 certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid UK Driving License

About the Role:

This full-time, permanent position involves commissioning, servicing, fault finding, installing, and maintaining splits, multi splits, VRV, and VRF air conditioning systems. You'll also work on ASHP and cold rooms within the Northeast & Cumbria area.
