Location(s): South West - Exeter / Plymouth & surrounding areas

Rate: Competitive (DOE) + Commission

Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime (subject to availability)

Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Contract Type: Permanent

Additional Benefits: Commission + Bonus Scheme + Van

Are you an experienced Compressor Service Engineer seeking your next challenge? At NPP, we are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable M&E organization with a strong presence in the South West.

This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing compressors and compressed air systems for various clients across Exeter and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service and maintain compressors and compressed air systems.
  2. Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  4. Provide technical support and advice to clients when required.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience in compressor servicing.
  • Valid driving license.

Experience:

  • Proven experience working with compressors and compressed air systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and technical abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
