Responsibilities
As an Air Tightness & Acoustic Tester, you will:

  • Conduct air tightness testing on both domestic and non-domestic buildings in accordance with ATTMA standards.
  • Perform sound insulation testing to meet ANC guidelines and ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports on test results, providing recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Travel to various sites across the UK, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • ATTMA Level 2 certification (Domestic & Non-Domestic).
  • Strong numerical abilities, with GCSE and A-Level Maths as a foundation.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence to facilitate travel to client sites.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:

  • Travelling to client sites to perform air tightness and acoustic tests.
  • Setting up and operating testing equipment with precision and care.
  • Analysing data and compiling comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Collaborating with site teams to address any issues and provide solutions.
