Multimodal Freight Forwarder - Part remote working! - £30K- £35K - Solihull

Do you have Freight Experience in more than one mode? Do you have Import Experience? Are you a Freight Forwarder?

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage Air, Ocean and imports start to finish
• Provide an exceptional customer care standard at all times, communicating daily on the phone
• Handle customs entries – knowledge
• Utilise Cargowise knowledge – preferred
• Ability to build relationships and increase business with existing clients
• Invoice jobs on completion

Qualifications

• Air or Ocean Freight experience
• Import is essential
• Previous experience of working for a Freight Forwarder is essential
• Operational skills
• Excellent customer service experience
