What You’ll Make Happen

• Explore new AI and low/no-code tools to enhance workflows
• Prototype and recommend solutions fitting team or business needs
• Identify and solve process inefficiencies with AI-driven approaches
• Lead tool rollouts, including planning, training, and documentation
• Support adoption through feedback, configuration updates, and team enablement
• Run training sessions to maximize AI tools utilization
• Share insights and wins via Slack and other channels
• Track adoption and impact using metrics and KPIs
• Stay ahead of AI trends to keep Storm Ideas innovative

Your Expertise

• Curiosity, drive, and a passion to explore and experiment with new tech
• AI-obsessed, tracking latest tools and trends daily
• Experience with low/no-code tools like Airtable, n8n, or Zapier, or eager to learn
• Familiar with LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, or interested to dive in
• Technically adaptable, problem-solver, and innovative thinker
• Clear communicator, collaborative, and independent worker

Nice to Haves:

• Experience building repeatable AI workflows
• Knowledge of digital marketing or creative workflows
