Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Limited seeks an experienced Business Consulting Director for a 3-month contract, inside IR35, offering hybrid working in Glasgow with two days onsite. You will lead engagements to identify AI-driven savings, quantify benefits, and develop value cases for corporate services across functions such as HR, Finance, IT and Procurements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-focused strategic engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop value-led business cases and ROI models.
• Experience in change management, communications, and user adoption.
• Proven track record in rapid discovery, current-state assessments, and roadmaps.
• Strong communication and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting and stakeholder management to deliver outcome-focused recommendations.
• Identify, quantify, and articulate AI-enabled business value including cost savings and productivity gains.
• Drive change management, communications, and user adoption strategies.
• Conduct rapid discovery, current-state assessments, and gap analyses to create practical roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, model benefits, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Synthesize complex information into clear executive-level outputs and recommendations.
