Modaxo is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to bridge AI strategy and business execution across 4-7 businesses within the group. You will partner with Group Leaders, BU leadership, and the AI Centre of Excellence to translate opportunities into measurable impact.

This role focuses on scaling AI adoption rather than building solutions. You will diagnose barriers to adoption, lead pilots, and drive value delivery through a credible, commercially minded approach across multiple stakeholders.

This is not a technical delivery role. It’s about making AI happen at scale - accelerating adoption, embedding capability, and ensuring AI delivers real, measurable business value. About the Role As a AI Transformation Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between AI strategy and business execution, working across 4-7 businesses within your group.
