Job summary

Palladium Digital seeks an AI Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives for PE-backed and corporate clients. The role sits in the Value Creation practice, reporting to the Value Creation Practice Lead, and offers hybrid work from London or Oxford.

You will translate complex AI concepts into strategic business outcomes and build trusted client relationships. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end engagements, shaping proposals, and mentoring the team while contributing to the practice's

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI transformation projects in client-facing environments.
• Strong ability to translate AI concepts for executive audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI and AI-enabled automation.
• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation.
• Solid project management, scope, budget, and risk control.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale AI capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end with measurable value delivery.
• Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted AI strategy partner.
• Support business development through proposals and pitches.
• Define problem statements and design AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable, integrated outcomes.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to capability building.
