Job summary

Resonance, an applied AI company, is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Lead to run our most ambitious client engagements across Europe from London. You’ll own relationships with C-suite leaders, PE sponsors and management teams, leading a team of transformation leads and AI engineers to redesign processes for an agentic-first AI era.

You’ll prototype workflows with Claude Code or similar, build strong business cases, and drive measurable value through to P&L outcomes, with equity and rapid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equivalent roles leading AI client engagements or transformation programmes end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambitious client engagements with C-suite leaders, PE sponsors and management teams.
• Own the value case for each engagement and map how AI changes business economics.
• Prototype workflows with AI models and tools; build business cases; drive adoption through to P&L impact.
