About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Norwegian language as an AI Trainer. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and develop AI skills by training models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content generated by AI. The position offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on advancing AI in Norwegian.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian, improving accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Norwegian language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing, to teach AI reasoning.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and design tests to challenge the model's understanding and reliability.
4. Work Flexibly: Create your own working hours based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Norwegian.
• Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for evaluating written text, with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Experience in professional writing roles such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting relevant authorities. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with rates ranging from $15 to $150 USD per hour.
