AI Trainer for Finnish Writers/Speakers (College Degree Required)

About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Finnish language by training models to generate accurate and relevant Finnish content. This flexible, impactful role allows you to leverage your expertise and develop your AI skills, contributing directly to AI advancements in Finnish.

Your Day to Day

1. Educate AI: Analyze and give feedback on AI outputs related to Finnish, improving accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Provide solutions and explanations for complex Finnish language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI’s knowledge base, and design tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own working schedule based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Finnish.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for assessing written text’s strengths and weaknesses.
• Experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students with valid visas may apply after consulting with a legal advisor. No employment documentation will be issued. Pay rates vary by location, ranging from $15 to $150 per hour.
