About the Role

Shape the future of AI in Finnish. You can create your own working hours depending on project length, offering flexibility.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze AI outputs related to Finnish and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations in Finnish, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases or inaccuracies, design tests to push model boundaries, and ensure reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Schedule: Set your own working hours based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Finnish and possess excellent English writing skills.
• Strong critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses in written text.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. We do not sponsor visas. International students on valid visas may be eligible; please consult with a tax or immigration advisor. Compensation rates vary by location.

Pay Range: $15 - $150 USD per hour.
