About the Role

Your Day to Day

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated Finnish content to enhance its accuracy and applicability.
• Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Finnish language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
• Red Teaming: Identify potential biases or inaccuracies in AI outputs, designing tests to challenge and improve model reliability.
• Flexible Hours: Set your own working hours based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Finnish and possess excellent English writing skills.
• Strong critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses in written text.
• Experience in professional writing roles such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
