About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Finnish language. Your Day-to-Day

1. Educate AI: Analyze and give feedback on AI-generated Finnish outputs to improve accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Finnish language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge, and design tests to challenge and improve the model's understanding.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own working schedule based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Finnish.
• Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for evaluating written text, with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional experience in research, journalism, technical writing, editing, or similar fields.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with legal advisors. Compensation varies by location, with rates from $15 to $150 USD per hour.
