This innovative role as an AI Trainer - Dutch Writers offers a unique opportunity to leverage your subject-matter expertise and develop your AI skills. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Dutch content generated by AI. This position offers flexible scheduling, and your contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI in the Dutch language.

Your Day to Day
  1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Dutch language. Your guidance will directly improve the AI's accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to real-world problems.
  2. Problem Solving: Using your expertise, provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Dutch, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing. Your input is crucial in teaching the AI how to reason through these problems effectively.
  3. Red Teaming: Utilize your deep understanding of the field to identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base. Design and conduct tests to push the model's understanding, ensuring reliable and applicable outputs.
  4. Work Schedule: Create your own working hours depending on project length.
About You
  • Enrolled in or have completed an Associates' degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Strong writing skills with excellent English spelling and grammar.
  • Critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
  • Professional writing experience in research, journalism, technical writing, editing, or similar roles.
  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. It is not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may be eligible, but should consult with a legal advisor. No employment documentation is provided. Compensation rates vary by location.

Pay Range: $15 - $150 USD per hour

Work Model

We operate in a remote-friendly hybrid model, with dedicated tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland. We promote asynchronous communication, autonomy, and team collaboration through occasional hub gatherings.
