About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Dutch language. As an AI Trainer - Dutch Writers, you will utilize your expertise to train AI models, ensuring Dutch content generated by AI is accurate and relevant. The role offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI development in Dutch.

Your Day to Day

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated Dutch outputs to improve accuracy and application.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Dutch language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in AI's Dutch knowledge base and design tests to push model boundaries.
4. Work Hours: Create your own schedule based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Strong writing style with excellent English spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for text, able to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country. International students on a valid visa may apply; consult with a legal advisor. No employment documentation or sponsorship is provided. Compensation varies by location, rate per hour: $15 - $150 USD.

We operate in a hybrid model with remote flexibility and in-person hubs in San Francisco, NYC, and Wrocław, Poland, fostering collaboration and autonomy.
