About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Dutch language by training and refining AI models to ensure accurate and relevant Dutch content generation. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to directly impact AI development in Dutch.

Your Day to Day

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated Dutch outputs to improve accuracy and applicability.
• Problem Solving: Use your expertise to solve complex Dutch language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing, guiding AI reasoning.
• Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in AI knowledge, design tests to challenge the model, and ensure reliable outputs.
• Work Hours: Create your own schedule based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Dutch and possess strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for evaluating written text, with experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Important Information: This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with a legal advisor. Compensation varies by location. The pay rate ranges from $15 to $150 USD per hour.

Work Model: We operate a hybrid model combining remote work with collaboration at our tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland, emphasizing asynchronous communication, autonomy, and occasional in-person gatherings.
