About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Dutch language. This role as an AI Trainer for Dutch content offers a unique chance to apply your expertise and develop AI skills, directly impacting AI's accuracy in Dutch. Flexible scheduling is available, and your work will influence AI advancements in Dutch.

Your Day-to-Day

• Educate AI: Analyze and give feedback on AI outputs related to Dutch, improving accuracy and real-world applicability.
• Problem Solving: Provide solutions and explanations for complex Dutch language problems, including grammar, punctuation, and creative writing.
• Red Teaming: Identify biases or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
• Work Flexibly: Create your own schedule based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English with excellent writing skills.
• Critical eye for text quality and articulation of strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Important Information: This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students with valid visas may apply after consulting a legal advisor. Compensation varies by location.

Pay Range: $15 – $150 USD per hour.

Work Model: Hybrid, with remote flexibility and collaborative hubs in San Francisco, NYC, and Wrocław, Poland. Emphasis on asynchronous work, autonomy, and occasional in-person gatherings.
