About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Dutch language through an innovative role as an AI Trainer - Dutch Writers. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise, develop AI skills, and directly impact AI's advancement in Dutch content generation, with flexible scheduling and meaningful contributions.

Your Day-to-Day

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated Dutch outputs to improve accuracy and relevance.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Dutch language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Work Flexibly: Create your own working hours based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for evaluating written text, with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work locally; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with a legal advisor. Compensation varies by location, with rates from $15 to $150 USD per hour.

We operate in a hybrid model, encouraging collaboration within our tech hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Wrocław, Poland, while supporting remote work and asynchronous communication.
