• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Dutch, guiding improvements in accuracy and real-world applicability.
• Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Dutch language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing, to teach AI reasoning.
• Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in AI knowledge base, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
• Work Flexibly: Set your own working hours based on project needs.

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Strong writing style with excellent English spelling and grammar skills.
• Critical eye with ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of text.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning.

Important Information: This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply; consult a tax or immigration advisor. Compensation varies by location. Pay range: $15 - $150 USD per hour.

Work Model: Remote-friendly hybrid model, with hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Wrocław, Poland. Emphasizes asynchronous communication, autonomy, and occasional in-person gatherings.
