About the Role

Shape the future of AI in Chemistry. This innovative role as an AI Trainer – Chemistry offers a unique opportunity to leverage your subject–matter expertise and develop your AI skills. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Chemistry content generated by AI. Flexible scheduling allows your contributions to directly impact AI's advancement in Chemistry.

Your Day to Day
  1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI–generated outputs related to Chemistry to improve the AI's accuracy and application to real–world problems.
  2. Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide solutions and explanations for complex Chemistry problems, such as balancing equations, reaction mechanisms, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, and organic structures.
  3. Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base. Design tests to ensure reliable and applicable outputs.
  4. Work Hours: Create your own schedule depending on project length.
About You
  • Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Specialized in Chemistry or related fields such as Analytical, Biochemistry, Inorganic, Organic, Physical, Environmental, Materials, Medicinal, Theoretical, Polymer Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong English writing skills with a critical eye for detail.
  • Professional experience in research, journalism, technical writing, editing, or similar roles.
  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly paid position. It is not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students with a valid visa may apply, subject to discussion with advisors. Compensation varies by location.

Pay Range: $15 – $150 USD per hour

We operate in a remote–friendly hybrid model, with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Wrocław, Poland, fostering collaboration and connection while supporting asynchronous work and autonomy.
