AI Trainer for Biology (College Degree Required)

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in Biology. As an AI Trainer – Biology, you will leverage your expertise to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Biology content generated by AI. The position offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI advancements in Biology.

Your Day to Day

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI–generated outputs related to Biology to improve accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide solutions and explanations for complex Biology problems, helping AI learn to reason through these issues effectively.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing tests to ensure reliable and applicable outputs.
4. Work Schedule: Create your own working hours depending on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent proficiency in Biology.
• Excellent English writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses in written text.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

Expected hourly rate range for US-based candidates: $15–$150 USD. Exact rates depend on skills, experience, and location.
