AI Trainer - Chemistry

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

In this role, you will need to:

1. Possess expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
2. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
