You will design task-specific grading criteria and provide rigorous written justifications for AI-generated and human work samples from pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales consulting.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into product solutions.
• Experience delivering tailored demos and evaluating product fit and technical risk.
• Excellent written communication for scoring rationales and feedback.
• Experience with complex B2B software (SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms).
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for pre-sales and solutions-engineering deliverables.
• Score AI-generated and human work samples with detailed written justifications.
