Overview

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile AI-powered recruitment solution, ensuring its scalability, security, and long-term innovation. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical future of the product, managing key stakeholders, and driving excellence in AI-powered hiring technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct technical due diligence - auditing code quality, security, and scalability.
  2. Oversee AI architecture & infrastructure, ensuring high performance and compliance.
  3. Lead the transition from external teams to a hybrid development function.
  4. Ensure GDPR and security compliance while optimizing system reliability.
  5. Drive AI innovation, leveraging the latest advancements in machine learning & NLP.
  6. Define a long-term technology strategy, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
  7. Risk Assessment & Technical Debt Analysis to identify any areas needing attention.
  8. Support & Maintenance management.
Skills and Experience
  1. AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven recommendations.
  2. Technical Leadership: Experience in AI product scalability, DevOps, and cloud architecture.
  3. Backend & Data Skills: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, API security.
  4. AI Model Deployment: MLOps, scaling, data engineering, and AI ethics awareness.
  5. Strategic Mindset: Ability to align technology with business objectives and cost efficiency.
  6. Security & Compliance Knowledge: GDPR, API authentication, and observability best practices.
  7. Big data processing: Understanding data lakes, warehouses, and tools like Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
  8. ETL Pipelines: Ability to evaluate data ingestion, transformation, and cleaning processes.
  9. DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
