Essential Marketer is seeking an AI Systems Developer to join their Bromsgrove-based team. You will help build internal tools and AI-powered workflows, integrating APIs and automations to enhance agency efficiency and client delivery.

The role emphasises practical ability over formal qualifications, with a hybrid working model and a focus on learning and adapting to cutting-edge AI tools and marketing tech. A UK work authorisation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or coding projects.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design is desirable.
