Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Strategy Analyst, Business Enablement to help shape the future of global commerce within the Enterprise AI & Business Enablement team. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify AI opportunities and translate business challenges into actionable strategies.

You’ll develop business cases, support governance forums, and present executive-level analyses to inform investments and value realisation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, Consulting, Transformation, PMO, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex challenges.
• Experience developing presentations, business cases and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, assessment and prioritisation of AI opportunities across Global Payments.
• Partner with stakeholders to define AI use cases and document business challenges for process improvement.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Maintain and track a portfolio of AI initiatives, supporting governance and reporting.
• Assist value realisation by measuring outcomes against business case assumptions.

What you’ll own

• Support the intake, assessment, and prioritisation of AI opportunities across Global Payments, helping ensure investments align with strategic business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define AI use cases, document business challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases, investment decisions, and value creation opportunities.
• Maintain and track a portfolio of AI initiatives, supporting governance forums, executive reporting, and progress monitoring.
• Support value realisation activities by measuring outcomes against business case assumptions and helping demonstrate the impact of AI initiatives across the organisation.

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years’ experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, Consulting, Transformation, Product Management, PMO, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing presentations, business cases, reporting materials, and executive-level communications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple business and technology teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and communicate insights effectively.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, automation programmes, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, investment assessments, or value realisation frameworks.
• Familiarity with process mapping, workflow design, and operational improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, or Technology environments.
