Job summary

Owlis is seeking an experienced AI advisory consultant to help UK clients identify where AI can save time and reduce risk, then translate findings into practical, costed plans for engineers to deliver.

You will run discovery with stakeholders, assess readiness, build roadmaps, and support adoption and engagement across client projects while collaborating with the AI and Automation Engineers. This is a remote role with UK travel.

Qualifications

Has run discovery or requirements workshops with business clients and turned them into recommendations.
Understands how generative AI tools work, what they’re good at and where they fail, well enough to advise a business owner.
Has advised on Microsoft 365 or similar business platforms, including data, permissions and security basics.
Writes clear proposals, roadmaps and reports for non‑technical decision‑makers.
Has helped people adopt a new system or way of working, through training, communication or change support.

Responsibilities

Run discovery workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
Identify and prioritise AI and automation use cases by value, effort and risk.
Carry out AI readiness assessments using our standard templates, with an engineer for technical checks.
Produce roadmaps, recommendations and inputs for proposals (pricing set by the commercial team).
Plan and run AI adoption programmes, including training, champions and usage reviews.
Write client-facing acceptable‑use guidance from our templates, for client review.
Report adoption and outcomes back to clients honestly.
