You will leverage your expertise to refine propositions that drive revenue and deliver tangible business outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, influencing stakeholders, and leading workshops to ensure successful AI transformations. You will be part of a small, multi-disciplinary team, with opportunities to build and grow your own team over time. - Experience supporting clients with their AI strategy
- Proficiency in change management and organizational design
- Ability to develop and refine propositions to drive revenue
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder influence skills

- Experience working with Insurance and/or Banking sectors
