We are strengthening our AI offering and are looking for an AI specialist to help businesses use artificial intelligence (AI) by understanding their needs, designing AI solutions, and implementing those solutions. BJSS AI specialists have expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies. The successful candidate will provide:

• Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies: possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and other relevant AI technologies. Be familiar with various algorithms, frameworks, and tools used in these areas, including cloud-based AI services. This expertise enables effective design, development, and implementation of AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to tackle complex business challenges and devise sustainable AI architectures accordingly. Analyze data, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to address specific problems or improve business processes using AI techniques.
• Ability to work with businesses to understand their needs and develop AI solutions: Engage with clients, understand their business requirements, and translate those needs into AI solutions. This involves conducting assessments, gathering data, and proposing tailored AI approaches to meet business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deliver engaging presentations to clients and internal teams, articulating AI concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Be self-motivated, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, data specialists, and stakeholders to ensure successful AI implementation. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Drive innovation and knowledge sharing internally: Keep the team updated on AI technologies, share best practices, lead training sessions, workshops, and foster continuous learning.
