We're looking for a creative and forward-thinking developer who specialises in the end-to-end delivery of tailored generative AI solutions.

What You Will Do

• Drive the design and implementation of the business solutions
• Employ proof-of-concepts and live pilots to demonstrate business value for AI use-cases
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in Python development and prompt engineering, leveraging API offerings from OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude LLMs to deliver solutions
• Ensure the solutions align with company policies, security requirements, and design & coding guidelines
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, and explore innovative solutions to solve business challenges
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owners, Business/Data Analysts and Solution Architects to understand business needs, identify opportunities to enhance AI adoption, and assess the strategic impact of AI/ML integration on BAU workflows
  

Experience and Skills

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, performance tuning
• Strong proficiency with LLM tools, and platforms
• In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning, and data science concepts
• Hands on experience in software engineering and technology solutions with proficiency in Python language.
• Hands on experience in cloud computing and AI solution engineering in cloud infrastructure with proficiency in AWS cloud applications
• Ability to support implementation of the AWS CI/CD pipeline
• Prior experience with Salesforce is a big advantage
• Prior experience with developing Chatbots is desired
• Ability to deliver work to schedule (capable to self-manage workload and priority effectively)
• Ability to communicate effectively
