Job summary

Valcon is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to work with clients from strategy through to implementation, identifying high-value AI opportunities and delivering practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, shape AI strategies and delivery roadmaps, design AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, RAG, and automation, guide cross-functional teams through adoption, and advise on governance and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
• Shape AI strategies, use cases and delivery roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, workflow automation and agentic approaches.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through implementation and adoption.
• Advise clients on AI governance, risk, responsible AI and emerging technologies.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to AI thought leadership.
