What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing and mapping business processes, project scoping, and collaborating across teams to identify areas for AI and analytics to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will work to identify and prioritise AI and analytic solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting requirements with a focus on current state analysis, business problem statements, and stakeholder experiences. You will be a catalyst for change management by identifying and defining key areas for operational and data-driven improvements.

What you offer

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with experience working within a project team using scrum methodology
• Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated industry
• Experience implementing AI and analytics solutions, especially those related to operational efficiencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
• Understanding of AI and data science technologies and methodologies, with awareness of the latest analytical techniques
• Ability to communicate AI and analytics solutions effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Experience in quickly understanding and mapping business processes, and documenting requirements effectively
