As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing and mapping business processes, project scoping, and collaborating across teams to identify areas for AI and analytics to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will work to identify and prioritise AI and analytic solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting requirements with a focus on current state analysis, business problem statements, and stakeholder experiences. You will be a beacon for change management through identifying and defining key areas for improvements in operations and data-driven decision-making.
