Formación

• Experience as a full stack developer with a focus in AI and backend tech.
• Proficiency with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java) and databases (Cassandra, PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with web tech (HTTP, REST, JSON, HTML, Ajax, JavaScript) and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
• Basic understanding of LLM prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Version control and CI/CD pipelines (Git).
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and test AI applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, documented code following best practices.
• Follow security best practices to meet IBM policies and industry standards.
• Communicate progress and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with TAMs, solution architects, UX/UI designers, and other developers.
• Stay updated on generative AI trends, IBM Cloud services, and related tech.
