Accora is seeking a Technology & AI Engineer to help us shape how we use AI, software and technology across the business. You'll work across teams to understand challenges, design and implement practical, technology-led solutions, and drive improvements with ownership and proactive collaboration.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of commercial software engineering experience, strong AI exposure, and solid Python/Java skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' commercial software engineering experience.
- Experience applying AI in practical projects.
- Proficient in Python or Java.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-quality code.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or similar.
- Experience delivering software into a commercial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve internal software and applications.
- Build and implement AI-led solutions.
- Automate manual processes and workflows.
- Improve systems, integrations and reporting.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify technology-led improvements across the business.
- Develop, test and deploy new solutions.
