Faculty AI seeks a Lead Software Engineer to spearhead technical direction and the delivery of complex, innovative AI projects. You will act as a technical expert, applying your skills across projects from AI strategy to client-side deployments, while ensuring architectural decisions are sound and reliable.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development with system architecture and design.
• Expertise in Python and TypeScript/React.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), Docker, and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated history of championing automated testing strategies.
• Passion for working with customers and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for enterprise clients, guiding projects from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead and mentor a squad of engineers, empowering them to deliver their best work.
