Job summary

Moore Kingston Smith LLP is seeking a senior Cyber Security Architect & Engineering Lead to shape and strengthen its security architecture within the IT Infrastructure team in London. This hands-on leadership role translates security strategy into secure designs, controls, and standards across the organisation.

You will drive security control design, prototype configurations, and validation across identity, cloud, data, endpoints and networks, while guiding AI security initiatives and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing security controls and architectures.
• Experience with Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles.
• Hands-on leadership in security engineering and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain security architecture across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, data, applications and integration platforms.
• Design and implement modern security controls with Zero Trust and automation.
• Lead architecture reviews and threat modelling for major projects and new tech.
• Provide technical oversight for AI security and related technologies.
• Guide incident response, detection engineering and recovery capabilities.
• Support ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and client assurance activities.
