Zusammenfassung

ElevenLabs is seeking a Data Scientist in London to own safety datasets and evaluation workflows for our AI safety work. You’ll turn real-world product data into reliable datasets for training and evaluation, building scalable data processes and contributing across policy, engineering and research.

You’ll develop lightweight Python/SQL pipelines, collaborate with safety researchers, and help ensure training-ready data pipelines in production.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Data Scientist or similar with real-world datasets and ML models.
• Strong grasp of dataset quality: collection, labeling, cleaning and evaluation.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for analysis and workflows.
• Ability to translate safety/policy guidelines into scalable data processes.

Aufgaben

• Own safety datasets end-to-end: collection, labeling, quality control.
• Translate safety policy into labeling and evaluation criteria with policy teams.
• Design and manage labeling processes and external contributors.
• Build evaluation workflows for models in production using real-world data.
• Develop Python/SQL pipelines and tooling with ML engineers on readiness for training.
