Hudson River Trading (HRT) is hiring an AI Researcher to join the HAIL team, developing and maintaining our most powerful models used by trading teams to guide decisions. You will work on featurization, architecture design, and training dynamics to improve model-driven trading strategies.

Researchers enjoy independence within a focused team, supported by state-of-the-art GPU clusters and a strong engineering staff to realize research visions and push methods across domains into production.

Qualifications

• Must have two or more years work experience in deep learning research across domains.
• Experience translating methods between areas of application is highly valued.
• LLM experience is valuable, but not necessary.
